You are dyslexic, so how was this for you growing up as you knew you wanted to be a writer? The book begins with a death, did you have to research much into the emotion of grief to make your character more authentic?Įvery person at one time or another in life has to deal with grief. As her first guests come to stay, they, too, find that same harbor of hopes and dreams.
I used harbor in the name because the Inn becomes the harbor for her hopes and dreams. The INN AT ROSE HARBOR is the first in a new series about a young war widow who purchases a bed-and-breakfast and sets out to begin her life anew.
